Bitter vegetables.

Blanch the bitter vegetables, too cool.

Add salt and white vinegar and mix well.

Mince garlic.
5.
Put the minced garlic on the bitter vegetables.

Boil the pepper in a pot and fry the dried chili until fragrant.

Pour the pepper and chili oil on the garlic froth.

Stir well.

Plate.
