Black and White Glutinous Rice Dumplings

Soak the glutinous rice and rice dumplings overnight, and put the rice dumplings over boiling water just like the red bean dumplings;

Add liquid water to the glutinous rice, mix well, and let it stand for about 20 minutes;

Lay the two zong leaves flat, half overlap, put glutinous rice, and fold the long end;

Wrap the narrow sides as well;

Fold the remaining end and tie it up with cotton rope. Don’t wrap and tie too tightly. Leave room for the glutinous rice to expand after being heated;
6.
Put it in the pot and cook with other rice dumplings for about 60 minutes or more.
Tips:
1. Be too tight when wrapping and binding.
2. Pork or red bean paste can also be used for filling, which is salty, sweet and light.
