Black Bean and Rock Sugar Stewed Yuba

Soak the yuba in cold water in advance.

Soak and wash black beans in advance.

Wash the yuba and cut into small sections; rinse the medlar for a while and set aside.

The black beans are simmered until the skins expand.

Pour the yuba.

Bring to a boil on high heat and simmer for 15 minutes on low heat.

Add rock sugar and simmer for 5 minutes.

Pour the medlar.

Put the stewed black beans, rock sugar and yuba in a bowl for consumption.
Tips:
1. Black beans are hot, so don't eat too much, because eating too much is easy to get angry.
2. Children should not eat more black beans.
3. Avoid eating black beans with castor beans and magnolia.
4. Soaking the yuba in cold water can ensure the integrity of the yuba and not easily broken.
