Black Bean Rice Ginger Soup
1.
A measuring cup of black bean rice and a piece of ginger.
2.
Pour the rice into the hot pan and stir-fry at least a little bit of browning.
3.
Stir-fry the black beans again until you smell the aroma of the beans.
4.
Then add the rice, black beans and peeled and sliced ginger.
5.
Pour five bowls of water and bring to a boil.
6.
Cover the pot and turn to low heat and cook for about half an hour.
7.
Use a net to separate the soup and drink, and the residue can be boiled again.
Tips:
1. Peel the ginger. 2. Both black beans and rice need to be sautéed to create a fragrance. 3. Add five bowls and cook until about one bowl is left and turn off the heat.
