Black Bean Sprouts Mixed with Walnuts

Cut off the roots of the black bean sprouts, wash and set aside.

Shell the walnuts, break them into small pieces, put them in the oven at 120 degrees and bake for 7 minutes, and take them out for use. If it is autumn, use fresh walnuts to make the taste crisper and sweeter.

Heat a pot of water, add black bean sprouts, blanch for about 10 seconds and remove the cold water.

If there is black vinegar, put a spoonful of black vinegar, the taste is best. If not, light soy sauce + rice vinegar can also be used. Then add the right amount of salt.
