Black Beans with Green Beans
1.
Soak and wash the green beans.
2.
Remove the tendons of the string beans and fold them into sections.
3.
Peel the garlic, pat, and cut into minced garlic.
4.
Add peanut oil in a hot pan. When the oil is hot, add minced garlic and tempeh and sauté until fragrant.
5.
Put the string beans in a pot and stir fry.
6.
After the green beans change color slightly, add a small bowl of boiling water, cover the pot and simmer for a while.
7.
When the kidney beans are fully cooked, add a little salt and light soy sauce, serve them out of the pan, and prepare a series of kidney beans with oil and salt.
Tips:
Uncooked kidney beans contain saponin, and people may have adverse reactions after eating, so remember to add some water and cook for a while.
