Black-bone Chicken with Cordyceps Flower in Claypot

Cut half a black-bone chicken into pieces, wash, and blanch it in a pot of boiling water. After the water is boiled again, cook for 5 minutes to bleed

Remove the chicken nuggets, rinse well, drain, drain the water in the pot and use it

Put the black-bone chicken and sliced ginger together in the pot, add enough water, and simmer on high heat (it is best to fill up the water at a time when the soup is stewed, do not add water in the middle, if it is really necessary, be sure to heat the water)

Rinse the red dates and cordyceps flowers and set aside

After the water is boiled, reduce the heat, add red dates and cooking wine, and continue to simmer

After about an hour, add cordyceps flowers, add salt according to taste, cover and simmer for half an hour until the chicken is cooked and tender
