Black-bone Chicken Wonton with Chili Sauce

Cut black chicken legs into puree, add egg white and a pinch of salt and beat well

Wonton leather bag with appropriate amount of chicken, rolled into a roll and squeezed into a wrinkle on both sides

Use Vantage steamer JZD33-Z3B, put it in a steamer preheated at 100 degrees, and steam for about 8 minutes until cooked
