Black Fish Radish Soup

After slaughtering the black fish, cut into pieces, wash and drain for later use.

Wash the green radish and peel it. You can also use white radish.

Cut the radish into small pieces for later use. Be careful not to cut too thick, so as not to be hard to cook.

Heat the wok, pour in the cooking oil, and prepare to fry the fish.

When the oil is 80% hot, put the black fish pieces into the pan and fry them until they are slightly yellow on both sides.

Add water to the pot and boil the fish soup on high heat.

After the fish soup is boiled, add the radish cubes to the fish soup and cook together. The soup is boiled again and simmered on low heat for half an hour until the soup is milky and thick.

Add salt, monosodium glutamate, and pepper.
9.
Sprinkle with chopped green onions and drink.
