Black Fungus Mixed with Watermelon Rind

Material: watermelon rind, black fungus (soaked)

Tear the soaked black fungus into small pieces and wash it.

Wash the watermelon rind.

Put some watermelon flesh on the chopping board, peel off the crust and cut into slices, set aside.
