It's the season to eat glutinous rice and lotus root again. This time I used black glutinous rice. Black glutinous rice tastes sweet and soft. It is a good tonic product. It is sweet but not greasy when paired with lotus root and honey. It is a very delicious and nourishing dessert.

Ingredients

1. Soak the black glutinous rice for more than 4 hours.
