Black Glutinous Rice Sugar Lotus Root

Soak the black glutinous rice for more than 4 hours.

Scrape off the skin of the lotus root.

Cut off one end and use thin chopsticks to help fill the lotus root hole with rice.

Secure with toothpicks.
5.
Put it in an electric pressure cooker, add rock sugar and a few red dates.
6.
Choose the bean/ tendon button, soak it for a while, and add more flavor. When eating, slice it and drizzle with honey
Tips:
It is better to cook in a normal pressure cooker.
