When Fried Vegetables

Peel the lotus root, remove the gluten of snow peas, soak in water

Carrots are peeled and cut into such a pattern. My knife is not very good. Many of them are cut into carrots.

Wash the black fungus soak and slice the lotus root

After the pan is heated, add oil, add the carrots and stir fry

Pour the black fungus in and fry, stir fry a few times,

Give some water, cover the pot and cook to soften the carrots
7.
Add lotus root slices and stir fry evenly
8.
Finally put snow peas in and fry
9.
When the snow peas are soft, season them with salt and chicken essence, then stir-fry them evenly, and bring them out of the pan
