Stir Fried Kidney

1. Pork loin with a flower knife, leeks into sections, lotus root slices

2. Put vinegar, light soy sauce, sugar, salt, chicken powder, starch, leeks in a bowl and mix well

3. Put clean water in a pot and boil, put the kidneys in blanching water for 30 seconds

4. Put oil in the pan, pour the garlic, lotus root slices, fungus, and stir fry for 1 minute on high heat

5. Pour in the kidneys and stir-fry evenly over high heat

6. Pour in the pre-prepared sauce
