Black Le Casserole Roasted Sweet Potatoes

Prepare the black casserole. Do not wash the casserole with water, especially the white circle at the bottom of the pot. Do not touch the water at all. Use a wrung out wet towel or paper towel to wipe the inside of the pot and start baking;

Clean the sweet potatoes, try to choose sweet potatoes that are similar in size;

Put the black music casserole into the grill;

On the grill, surround the edges of the casserole with tin foil, and wrap the casserole with two pieces of tin foil, crossing the "ten", so that when baking, moisture will not flow to the bottom of the casserole;

Arrange the sweet potatoes neatly into the casserole;
6.
Cover the casserole lid and start roasting, over high heat;

About 30 minutes or so, open the lid, turn the sweet potatoes over once (the roasting time should be adjusted according to the size of the sweet potatoes), and continue to fire;

My sweet potatoes are relatively large. I roasted them for about an hour to see if the sweet potatoes are cooked. Just use chopsticks to insert them in the middle of the sweet potatoes and insert them smoothly and easily, indicating that the sweet potatoes are already cooked;

Turn off the heat, do not open the lid, use the remaining temperature of the casserole, and continue to simmer for about 10 minutes. When the casserole is no longer hot, you can start eating
Tips:
1. Please do not use ordinary casserole to bake sweet potatoes like Heile casserole, normal casserole cannot do this;
2. The casserole should be inverted in a dry and ventilated place.
