Black Oatmeal Toast

Ingredients other than butter, raisins and oats are added to the bread machine.

Select the "kneading noodles" work file and kneading the noodles for 15 minutes.

Put the butter in, select the "kneading" gear and knead for 15 minutes to the expansion stage.

Check whether the dough is kneaded to the expansion stage.

Add the raisins and oats, continue to select "kneading" for 15 minutes, set the bread machine to the "self-made" program, and carry out 45 minutes of fermentation.

When the volume of the dough is twice the original size, remove the dough to stop fermentation.

Press the dough into the air, divide it into four equal parts, and round and relax for 10 minutes.

The shaped dough is discharged into the bread machine, and the "self-made" program is selected for a 45-minute secondary fermentation.

Brush egg liquid on the surface after fermentation.
