Black Pepper and Mushroom Chicken Roll

1. Wash the drumsticks and drain the water to remove the bones, add all the seasonings, mix well, and marinate for 2 hours (12 hours is better).

2. Shred the shiitake mushrooms.

3. The marinated chicken legs are placed on tin foil, and shredded shiitake mushrooms are rolled into a chicken roll.

4. Roll up the chicken.

5. Wrap the chicken rolls in tin foil into a candy shape, and preheat the oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
