Black Pepper and Mushroom Chicken Roll

Wash the drumsticks and drain the water to remove the bones, add all the seasonings, mix well, and marinate for 2 hours (12 hours is better).

Shred the shiitake mushrooms.

The marinated chicken legs are placed on tin foil, and shredded shiitake mushrooms are rolled into a chicken roll.
