Add slowly until the surface is smooth, then cover and set aside to wait for fermentation. I usually have the first day. Proceed in the evening and make pizza the next morning.

Put a little oil in a pan and heat it up and add 100 grams of beef filling, a little chopped pepper, a little carrot, and stir fry together. After stirring for a minute, add a spoonful of black pepper powder and a spoonful of seafood soy sauce. Fire spare.

Tips:
Don't add salt when you stir fry the fillings because the soy sauce is already slightly salty, and my oven does not have the temperature adjustment function, so I did not say how much to adjust the temperature up and down. If it has the temperature adjustment function, it may be adjusted to about 200 degrees, and observe by yourself.
