I especially like the curry pork chop rice outside, but the ingredients are really pitiful. Only when you make it yourself, not only the ingredients are good, but also the ingredients are sufficient. Of course, the taste is even better! For pork chops to be delicious, eggs and bread crumbs are the first choice, so that the fried pork chops are tender and crispy.

Curry Pork Chop Rice

1. Wash the pork chops, take out the fascia and bones, pat them loose with the back of a knife, add salt, cooking wine, ginger, and black pepper to marinate for about 20 minutes.

2. Wash potatoes, carrots, and onions and cut into pieces with a hob.

3. Put a little cooking oil in the pot and stir-fry the onion at high oil temperature.

4. Add potatoes and carrots and stir fry together.

5. Add an appropriate amount of coconut milk. Cook for about 7 minutes.

6. Turn off the heat and add the curry cubes.

7. When the curry cubes have melted, turn on the heat and cook until thick.

8. After 20 minutes, take an egg and scatter it, and dip the large drain into the egg liquid.

9. Coated with breadcrumbs.

10. After heating, turn on medium and small heat, put in a large row, fry on one side until golden, then change to the other side, and both sides will be golden.

11. After all is fried, use a serrated knife to cut into strips. Put a bowl of rice, put pork chops on it, and pound into the stewed curry to enjoy the delicious curry rice.

Tips:

The large ribs must be beaten loose, so that the fried pork ribs are very tender.
