Curry Pork Chop Rice

Wash the pork chops, take out the fascia and bones, pat them loose with the back of a knife, add salt, cooking wine, ginger, and black pepper to marinate for about 20 minutes.

Wash potatoes, carrots, and onions and cut into pieces with a hob.

Tips:
