Black Pepper Steak

Three pieces of fresh beef black ridge, pat lightly with the back of a knife to loosen the meat.

Xiang's black pepper sauce.

So good asparagus and broccoli.

Pinch a little baking soda (to make the beef taste tenderer) and Heinz black pepper sauce.

Mix well and marinate for three or four hours.

Heat an appropriate amount of peanut oil in the pot.

Add the marinated beef. Fry on low heat for two to three minutes, press it with a spatula, let the steak heat evenly, and turn it over.

Also press it with a spatula and fry for two or three minutes to turn off the heat and sprinkle with crushed black pepper. (Personally like seven mature ones)

Serve on a plate, top with appropriate amount of black pepper sauce and sprinkle with chopped basil.
