Black Pepper Steak

Thaw the steak, beat it on both sides, or stick a needle on both sides.

Marinate the steak with black pepper sauce and soy sauce for half an hour to an hour.

Put a small piece of butter in the pan and heat it to melt.

Put the marinated steak in the pot and fry on high heat for about 30 seconds.

Turn to the other side and fry on high heat for 30 seconds, then turn to low heat, and continue to fry on both sides until it reaches the cookedness you like.
