Black Pepper Steak

Thaw the steak at room temperature.

After thawing, marinate with a little salt and freshly ground black pepper for at least 15 minutes to make it taste delicious. I marinated it for half an hour.

When marinating the steak, prepare the pasta sauce. If you buy ready-made, this step is saved. Put a little corn oil and butter in the pot, add tomato diced/onion/meat and stir fry until the water is out, add tomato sauce, oyster sauce, salt, pepper, chicken essence, simmer on low heat, when the soup is thick Start the pan and the pasta sauce is ready. The ingredients and seasonings of the pasta sauce can be used by yourself, not limited to these, my pasta sauce is relatively simple.

Stir the cooked pasta with the pasta sauce, boil the asparagus and set aside.

Put the right amount of corn oil and butter in the pan, or you can use only one of the oils, according to your own preference, put the steak in the oil after heating, and fry on medium heat.

If you like tender ones, you can change the color on both sides. If you like well-done, fry it more, up to 2-3 minutes, and there is no blood precipitation. If it is too old, the taste will not be good.
