Black Pepper Steak

Take Pleurotus eryngii, cut into squares (use another), and cut into large slices.

Heat a pan and put butter over a low heat;

Add sliced eryngii mushrooms, sprinkle a little salt and fry;

Fry the eryngii mushroom slices on both sides until about coke, fold them into a flat plate and lay flat.

Add steak for one person and fry on both sides over medium heat;

Take out the steak and arrange it into pieces, put it in the pot, and add black pepper sauce;
