Black Pepper Steak
1.
Naturally thawed steak and cut broccoli into small florets
2.
Wash the steak and cut into large chunks (the marinade is easy to taste, and the fry is easy to cook)
3.
Salt the steak and marinate in red wine for a while
4.
Wash the broccoli soak and scoop up
5.
Boil water, add 1 tablespoon of salt, add broccoli and blanch until cooked
6.
Heat up the pan, add a proper amount of oil, and fry the steak on medium heat
7.
Fry on both sides until slightly browned
8.
Pour in black pepper sauce, mix well and shovel up
Tips:
The steak is marinated with a little red wine for a more mellow taste. Adding edible salt when blanching broccoli can reduce the retention of impurities. It is also delicious without any adjustment.
