Black Pepper Walnut Handmade Cookies
1.
The butter is softened beforehand and brown sugar powder is added.
2.
Beat until fluffy and feathery.
3.
Add eggs in portions and beat.
4.
Sift in low powder. Add black pepper, I use freshly ground black pepper, it is very fragrant when it is ground.
5.
Mix with a silicone spatula until there is no dry powder.
6.
Add the chopped walnut meat. (I roasted the walnuts in the oven beforehand, so that the aroma is stronger)
7.
Mix well and the batter part is complete.
8.
Use a spoon to scoop a scoop of batter onto the baking tray (the ice cream scoop I used, a full scoop is about 30 grams, and it digs about 16 balls).
9.
Then squeeze it by hand.
10.
Use a fork to press the stripes at will.
11.
Put it into the Dongling baking cube oven, and bake at 160 degrees up and down for about 20 minutes.
12.
Finished product.
Tips:
1. The black pepper taste of this biscuit is not particularly obvious. If you want a heavy taste, you can increase the amount.
2. I didn't deliberately go to plastic, the random and natural shape is more in line with the original taste of handmade biscuits.
3. The walnuts are roasted in advance, and the aroma is stronger.
4. The tool for digging the batter can be free, pay attention to the size of the batter, and adjust the baking time and temperature accordingly.
