Black Rice

Prepare glutinous rice and southern candle leaves.

Wash the southern candle leaves, break them with a food processor, and soak for two hours.

Filter out the juice.
4.
Soak glutinous rice overnight.
5.
Wash the soaked glutinous rice.
6.
After the high heat is boiled, turn to medium heat and steam for 30 minutes.
7.
After the rice is steamed, stir in an appropriate amount of brown sugar and mix well to eat.
Tips:
The longer the glutinous rice is soaked, the darker the cooked rice will be.
