Black Rice and Red Dates Glutinous Rice Cake

Raw materials: glutinous rice, black rice, red dates.

Wash the black rice and glutinous rice in advance and soak in water for 2 hours.

Cut the red dates into small cubes.

Tips:
White sugar can be added while stirring glutinous rice and black rice, or it can be dipped in while eating as you like. The amount of glutinous rice is more than that of black rice. The black rice I use is not very absorbent, so I only add a small amount of water to steam it. The glutinous rice and black rice can also be mixed together while stirring, so that the glutinous rice is mixed with black rice. Although there is no layering, the white is mixed with black and it is also very beautiful.
