Soak the black rice and oats in water in advance, peel and slice the ginger, tie the green onions into knots and set aside.
3.
Separate the chicken legs and claws, then blanch and wash them for later use.
4.
Put the soaked black rice oats, blanched chicken drumsticks, ginger slices and green onion knots into the stewing pot, and then add to 80% water.
5.
Put the lid into the saucepan and select the soup mode for cooking.
6.
Finally, add fine salt and goji berries to garnish to enhance the flavor.
7.
When eating, just pick out the ginger slices and green onion knots. Isn't it simple? This soup is super suitable for children with busy studies.
