The high-gluten flour used here is either a high-gluten flour for making bread or a refined flour. The cornmeal can be thick or thin. I prefer thicker cornmeal. Weigh all the ingredients.

Mix the flour, add baking soda, baking powder, sugar, and salt and mix well. Then add butter, sunflower oil and eggs and mix into dough.
