Black Rice Whirlwind Cake

Prepare the materials and molds. Mix black rice noodles, low-boiled flour and baking powder first.

After the butter has softened at room temperature, add caster sugar.

Beat until white and fluffy.

Add honey.

Beat well.

Add egg liquid in portions.

Mix well each time before adding the next time.

Add the mixed powder,

Stir evenly.

Put it into a 4-inch mold of the school kitchen until it is 8 minutes full.

Put it in a preheated oven at 170 degrees and bake for about 30 minutes.

Unmold and let cool.

Add lemon juice to the powdered sugar in small portions.

Mix to make icing.

Just pour it on the cooled cake.
Tips:
1. Black rice noodles are freshly ground cooked black rice.
2. The molds used are two 4-inch mini whirlwind molds.
