Black Sesame and Walnut Paste

1. Prepare black sesame and walnut kernels and glutinous rice flour.

2. Place black sesame seeds on a baking tray at 160°C for 5 minutes, walnuts at 160°C for 3 minutes, and glutinous rice flour at 160°C for 7 minutes. The glutinous rice flour is slightly yellowish. If you don’t have an oven at home, you can just fry them in a wok.
