Black Sesame and Walnut Powder

After washing the black sesame seeds, put them in a pot and stir-fry on low heat, and fry until the water is dry and smooth in the pot.

Twist the black sesame husks with your hands. If you can twist them, it means that they are ready to fry.

Wash the walnuts, drain the water, and put them in a microwave oven on medium-high heat for 10 minutes.

The fried black sesame seeds are placed in the food processor for about 12 seconds and then poured out.

Beaten walnut powder. The time is shorter than that of Black Sesame. It takes about 8 seconds to put it in several times.

Mix black sesame seeds, walnuts, and rock sugar powder together and mix well.
Tips:
When frying the black sesame seeds, twist it with your hands, it means that the black sesame seeds are cooked through.
