Black Sesame and Walnut Powder

Sift the black sesame seeds, sift out the trash, rinse with water, and drain the water.

Wash the walnuts, drain the water, and break it down.

Heat the pan, add black sesame seeds and stir fry. Stir-fry with a spatula over low heat. If the black sesame seeds are over-fried, it will be bitter. When you see Sesame jumping up and there is a beeping sound, you can turn off the fire. Put it out immediately, the pot will have residual temperature.

Stir-fry the walnuts, slightly yellow in color, and serve. Fried walnuts are more fragrant.

Tips:
1. Over-fried sesame seeds will make you bitter. You are not sure whether it is ripe or not, you can grab a few tablets and eat them at any time.
2. If the walnuts are peeled by themselves, there is no need to wash them, they can be fried directly.
3. Grind the powder after the heat is dissipated, otherwise the sesame walnut will have moisture, which is not conducive to storage.
4. Stop when it becomes flour. After a long time, the sesame and walnut will produce oil, and the finished product will agglomerate.
5. Because it is for babies, the amount of sugar is not much, you can add a little rock sugar if you like sweets. Pregnant women are better to low sugar.
