Black Sesame Biscuits

1. Prepare all materials.

2. Butter softened ahead of time

3. Add powdered sugar and stir well

4. Then add the whole egg liquid and stir well

5. Pour black sesame seeds

6. Sift in low-gluten flour

7. Stir evenly with a spatula

8. Pour into a box covered with plastic wrap for shaping, and put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour

9. Take out the biscuit dough and cut into thick slices.

11. Put it in the preheated oven, fire up and down, middle level, bake at 170 degrees for 20 minutes

Tips:


1. The dough must be frozen until it is hard and then cut into pieces. Soft ones are not easy to cut.

3. Sesame seeds must be washed and dried before use.
