Black Sesame Caterpillar Bread

Mix all the ingredients (except black sesame powdered sugar), knead until the dough becomes gluten, to the expansion

Then cover with plastic wrap and ferment to about 3~4 times the size

Then take out the dough and knead it well, expel the air inside. Divide the dough evenly into 8 small portions

After rounding each portion, let it rest for 15 minutes

Flatten each portion and roll it out, then take a portion and roll it into a rectangle

Sprinkle a row of black sesame powdered sugar on top of the side

Cut each side into strips

Then roll one side of the oiled sesame powder to the right, and roll it to the place where it is cut!

Wrap each strip on the dough to the left

After doing this for each small dough, let it relax again for about 20 minutes!

After the fermentation is complete, brush with a layer of egg liquid. Use 2 black sesame seeds on the front as the eyes of the caterpillar

Put it in the preheated oven, 180 degrees, middle level, upper and lower fire, about 18 minutes!
Tips:
1. The method of black sesame powdered sugar: Use a cooking machine to break up the fried black sesame and the same amount of white sugar.
2. Pay attention to observation when baking, turn down the heat when the surface color is satisfactory, or cover it with a layer of tin foil!
