Black Sesame Crisp
1.
Put the egg white in the basin (it happens to be the egg white of an egg, 40 grams-45 grams can be used).
2.
Sift in low-flour, cornstarch, and powdered sugar. And use a manual whisk to stir evenly.
3.
Add black sesame seeds (I used cooked ones) and stir well.
4.
Add salad oil and stir well.
5.
Use a small spoon to dig into the Yangchen macarons on the baking tray, spread it out with the back of the spoon, do not paste too much, and try to be as thin as possible.
6.
Preheat the oven at 170 degrees for 10 minutes and then put it in the middle layer and bake for about 20 minutes.
Tips:
1. Be careful not to make the batter too thick.
2. Adjust the baking time according to the thickness of the batter
3. The oven has different tempers, so the baking time and temperature are for reference only.
