Black Sesame Flower Roll

Separately mix the caster sugar, lard and flour.

Melt the yeast with water and pour it into the flour.

Stir it into a floc.

Cover the softened dough with plastic wrap and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Roll out the loosened dough into a rectangular dough sheet.

Spread black sesame powder evenly.

Roll up from top to bottom.

Cut into sections with a knife.

Take a section of noodle dough and press it in the middle position with chopsticks.

Press out the shape.

Tuck the ends slightly inward with your hands. It becomes a beautiful Hanamaki.

Put greased paper on it and put it in the steamer. After fermenting for 20 minutes, steam for 15 minutes on high heat. After 5 minutes, you can enjoy it.

Black sesame powder is ready to use cooked black sesame and an appropriate amount of sugar to make a powder.
