Today, during the Lantern Festival, I made a recipe for glutinous rice balls. When I was a kid, there were few glutinous rice balls, and many on the street. At that time, I was always silly and confused. I thought it was a kind of thing. Classic black sesame glutinous rice balls

Ingredients

Black Sesame Gnocchi

1. Stir-fry the black sesame seeds in the pan until they crackle, then they are cooked through, let cool and set aside

2. Use a food processor to grind and beat into sesame powder

3. Add 70 to 80 degrees hot water to the glutinous rice flour and knead it into a soft dough

4. Put the glutinous rice balls into the bag and let stand for 20 minutes

5. Add black sesame powder with water and honey, if it is not sweet, add some sugar and mix well

6. Dump the black sesame filling into 10 g round balls

7. Divide the glutinous rice ball into small round balls of about 15 grams

8. Flatten a dough with your hands

9. Put the black sesame ball in the middle of the dough and wrap it up

10. Roll the glutinous rice balls

11. Can also be wrapped in color

12. Boil the water and add the glutinous rice balls to medium high heat and cook until the glutinous rice balls rise and they are cooked

13. Remove and eat

Tips:

1. The glutinous rice flour must be kneaded with hot water to form a dough, and it should be soft to use;
2. Wrap it or not, seal it, and put it in the refrigerator.
