Tangyuan is a well-known snack in our country. It is also a white and fat little dumpling. Due to regional differences, the name and production method are different. The northern part is called Lantern Festival. It is made by putting sugar fillings in a basket and constantly rolling, using a snowball-like method to gradually wrap glutinous rice flour outside the sugar fillings. In the south, they are called glutinous rice balls. They are made by mixing fine glutinous rice flour into dough and kneading it into the filling. The ones bought outside are definitely not as delicious as the ones you make yourself. Let’s try it together today~

Black Sesame Gnocchi

1. Let the sauteed black sesame seeds cool and put sugar in the cooking machine to smash

2. Put the butter in insulated water to melt, not too hot. Pour into the black sesame powdered sugar

3. Add it all at once, stir well, then put it in the refrigerator until it solidifies

4. Each 10 grams, roll into a circle for later use. The temperature is too soft, you can put it back in refrigeration for a while

5. Add 200 grams of glutinous rice flour to 150 grams of warm water and knead evenly

6. Knead the Yuanxiao noodles, take 15 grams, and make rounds

7. Gently press the thumbs of both hands into a small bowl

8. Take a filling and put it in. Press the filling with your left hand, and slowly tighten it with the thumb and index finger of your right hand, shrink it a little bit, and finally squeeze the mouth tightly

9. Finally, put a layer of dry powder on the dry glutinous rice flour, and the glutinous rice balls are ready.

Tips:

Tips The wrapped Lantern Festival can be cooked and eaten directly, or it can be stored frozen.
According to 15 grams of stuffing and 30 grams of skin, the package is a large dumpling the size of a table tennis ball. You can adjust the proportion according to your needs.
