Black Sesame Gnocchi

Use a food processor to beat the black sesame seeds into powder, add sugar and butter, and mix well. (The butter is heated in the microwave for one minute to become water and oil)

Knead the well-mixed black sesame filling into a ball and put it in the refrigerator.

Blanch the glutinous rice noodles with hot water to form a dough, take an appropriate amount of noodles and knead them into balls, press them into round pieces, and put the fillings in and knead them into balls.
Tips:
The glutinous rice noodles must be blanched with boiling water.
