Black Sesame Gnocchi

1. Prepare the dumpling filling.

2. First take an appropriate amount of dumplings stuffing by hand and knead it into a ball.

3. After grouping all the glutinous rice balls filling, set aside.

4. Add appropriate amount of water to glutinous rice flour.

5. Knead into a smooth dough and let it rest for half an hour.

7. Wrap it so that it doesn't show up.

8. Then rub both hands in a circle in the palm of your hand.

9. Pack all the glutinous rice balls.

10. Bring the water to a boil.

11. Gently add the glutinous rice balls.

12. Cook until the glutinous rice balls float automatically, then cook on low heat for a minute or two.
