Black Sesame Gnocchi

Prepare the dumpling filling.

First take an appropriate amount of dumplings stuffing by hand and knead it into a ball.

Add appropriate amount of water to glutinous rice flour.

Knead into a smooth dough and let it rest for half an hour.

Take an appropriate amount of dough, press it gently, and add the dumpling filling.

Wrap it so that it doesn't show up.

Then rub both hands in a circle in the palm of your hand.

Pack all the glutinous rice balls.

Bring the water to a boil.

Gently add the glutinous rice balls.

Cook until the glutinous rice balls float automatically, then cook on low heat for a minute or two.
