Tips:
1. The egg yolk in the ice cream is not fully cooked, so you must choose fresh eggs. It is better to buy eggs that can be eaten raw.
2. Be sure to use a small fire when boiling the egg and milk liquid. If you have a thermometer, control the temperature of the egg and milk liquid at about 80 ℃, so that it can kill bacteria and avoid cooking it.
3. If you don’t have an ice cream machine, just find the container and put it in the refrigerator and freeze it. If you want a more delicate taste, you can take it out and warm it up in advance when eating, and then use a food processor to beat it a little. It is smooth, if there is no cooking machine, just eat it directly, the taste is also very good.
