Black Sesame Ice Cream

Put the ice cream bucket in the refrigerator in advance and freeze for more than 18 hours

Prepare ingredients: 2 egg yolks; 150g whole milk; 200ml butter; 60g black sesame powder; 50g sugar; 2g salt

Stir the egg yolk, sugar, salt and milk evenly

Boil on low heat until it is slightly boiled and slightly viscous. Turn off the heat (forgot to take pictures in this step)

Add black sesame powder and stir evenly, let it cool at room temperature.

Add the cream and stir well

Take the ice cream bucket out of the refrigerator, put it on the bread machine, and pour the ice cream liquid

Stir for 30 minutes to solidify
9.
Put it into a container, cover with a lid and freeze for 2 hours before eating.
