My husband is going on a business trip tomorrow. The train takes more than 10 hours. He who always likes snacks, I have to make some biscuits for him and take it on the car! I made some black sesame oatmeal crisps overnight! Low-sugar and high-fiber health-preserving shortbread cookies have no value and no skill, only the pure taste of ingredients such as black sesame, oats, brown sugar, flour, etc., simple and fragrant, it is highly recommended!

Black Sesame Oatmeal Crisp

1. After the butter is softened, add brown sugar to beat

2. Add the milk slowly and whipped evenly

3. This is the appearance of even whipping

4. Sift in low powder and mix well

5. Add oatmeal and mix well

6. Add black sesame and almond flour

7. Continue to stir evenly into a thick batter

8. Take a spoon with a spoon and place it on the baking tray. Flatten it with a spoon, then tidy it up with your hands.

9. Preheat the oven at 170 degrees and bake for 18 minutes

10. Take it out and place it on a cool shelf to cool and seal it for storage

Tips:

The original recipe was coconut minced, so I used almond flour instead of it after I had finished using it. It felt good too!
