Black Sesame Paste

Wash the black sesame seeds and drain the water.

Pour the glutinous rice flour into an oil-free and water-free wok and stir-fry until the color turns yellow.

Store the black sesame flour and glutinous rice flour in an airtight box.

When eating, mix black sesame flour and glutinous rice flour in a ratio of 2:1, add some sugar, and mix thoroughly with boiling water.
