Black Sesame Seaweed Biscuits
1.
Prepare ingredients: Arowana pastry with wheat flour, eggs, butter, seaweed, black sesame, baking powder, salt.
2.
To prepare, fry the black sesame seeds and cut the seaweed with edible scissors.
3.
Mix the golden arowana pastry with wheat flour and baking powder, and sieve two pieces. The biscuits will be even and smooth.
4.
The butter is softened at room temperature, add salt and beat with a whisk, then add the egg liquid and beat in 3 or 3 times, each time until the egg liquid and the butter are completely fused before adding the next egg liquid.
5.
Pour the sifted flour and baking powder into the whipped butter and mix evenly with a spatula.
6.
Then add the fried black sesame seeds and chopped seaweed, mix thoroughly, and knead into a dough.
7.
The kneaded dough can be formed into a rectangular cube by hand, or a cranberry biscuit mold can be used to shape it. Wrap it in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
8.
The refrigerated dough hardens, take it out, and slice it. This amount can be cut into 25 pieces.
9.
Line the baking tray with silicone oil paper, and evenly put the biscuit dough into the baking tray.
10.
Preheat the oven, 180 degrees, middle, upper and lower fire, 16 minutes. After baking, take it out and let it cool before eating. It is very fragrant. Don't miss it if you like to eat salty biscuits.
Tips:
1. Choose wheat flour for golden dragon fish pastry, which has a soft taste and crisp fragrance; 2. Choose original seaweed for seaweed, which will not cover the sesame flavor. 3. Each oven is different, the baking time is slightly different.
