Black Sesame Toast

In addition to vegetable oil, various materials are put into the bread machine, and the yeast is put in the last. A small hole is dug in the middle of the flour, and then the yeast is put in.

Knead for 20 minutes first, and then add vegetable oil. Vegetable oil has no taste, but peanut oil has a taste. After adding vegetable oil, knead the dough for 18 minutes, then knead for 13 minutes, depending on the situation.

After kneading, it is actually very rough, because whole wheat is added~ the first fermentation starts, it can be at room temperature in summer, and the fermentation function of bread machine is used in winter. Actually, I still use bread machine for fermentation now, and I am afraid that it will not rise at room temperature.

After fermentation, it will be exhausted, and then divided into three doughs side by side, put into the bread machine for the second fermentation. The second time was relatively short, 40 minutes.

Then it’s baking. The baking is about 45 minutes and the color is just right~
Tips:
1. Yeast must be placed in flour, so as not to affect the performance of yeast.
2. Take it out and let it cool immediately after baking, and let the bread and the like cool before eating.
