Black Soy Crab

Ingredients: 2 hairy crabs, dried tempeh, 20 g red and green small peppers, 2 garlic, 3 cloves of ginger, 4 g light soy sauce, 6 g sugar, 2 g oyster sauce, 5 g cooking oil, 250 g (for frying), cooking oil 3 g corn starch, 10 g water 10 grams of starch.

First process the crab, wash it, break the shell, remove the crab gills, and divide the crab body into six parts.

Collection of raw materials, processed crabs, diced red and green peppers, minced garlic and ginger.

Prepare starch. Dip the crab roe and crab meat with a thin layer of starch.

Tips:
1. The crabs should be cleaned and then processed.
2. When frying crabs, dip them with a thin layer of starch.
3. As long as the crabs are deep-fried, don't fry them for too long, the taste will be bad.
