I bought a lot of Sri Lankan black tea foam and made a few chiffon cakes. It is really very, very fragrant and the tea tastes very positive. Tips:

The post-oil method is to put all the ingredients except butter into the bread machine in the order of liquid first, then flour, knead it into a smooth dough, then put the butter, knead until it is smooth, because it’s not for toast, so it’s not necessary. Deliberately entangled whether it has reached the complete expansion stage~
