It’s convenient to make biscuits in summer. Butter softens very quickly. Today, I make a butter cookie without whipping.

Black Tea Butter Cookies

1. Prepare the ingredients, take out the butter in advance to soften at room temperature

2. Beaten eggs

3. Stir the caster sugar and butter evenly

4. Add the egg mixture three times and stir evenly

5. Prepared butter state

6. Sift low powder and add crushed black tea, stir evenly

7. Into the mold for shaping

8. Put it in the refrigerator and freeze for 30 minutes, then take out the slices

9. Try to be the same thickness as possible, spread it flat and put it in a baking tray

10. Put it into the preheated oven at 170 degrees and bake for 15 minutes

12. Tea fragrance, crispy and delicious black tea biscuits
