Tips:
1. 200 degrees for 15 minutes is based on the temper of your own oven. According to your home, you can increase or decrease a few minutes. The cake will be wet if it is not familiar, and it will be too dry if it is baked for too long;
2. The cake roll has just been baked, remember to tear open the greased paper upside down to dry, and at the same time remember to cover the torn paper on the cake surface to prevent it from drying out during the drying process;
